The Summer Institute is held every year in August before the beginning of the new school year, in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. 
 

The four days of Professional Development workshops and training sessions are geared towards new teachers, language and immersion teachers, principals and education directors.

The next Summer Institute will be held from August 31st - Sept 3rd, 2022 and will feature collaborative, integrated, land based and cultural learning and teaching.
