The three key conferences/professional development events held by KERC include the Summer Institute held at the end of every August in Sioux Lookout, the Kekeenamakayo Education Conference held every two years in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and the Elder's Symposium which will be held every year in the spring in Sioux Lookout.
